Widgets

Hi, I love this theme, all of them!

I’ve downloaded the current version and I can’t find the Plus “stuff” (includes two page templates, six custom widgets, editor styling…)
Do I need some plugings?

It might be something silly. I’ve tried to read other questions and the readme.txt but couldn’t find anything.
