  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    It is the theme. I switched themes and I have no problem.

    This is theme that was purchased from themeforest.net. I also noticed that some of the setting would disappear and reappear

    I’m sorry but as that is a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.

    For support with a ThemeForest theme, it’s always best to contact the actual author of that theme. ThemeForest support help with issues on the marketplace itself, but not individual themes.
