Widgets – Add Text Problem – Disappearing Box

I am trying to add text to the sidebars of my page using Widgets. However, when I click on “Edit” the whole entire box disappears from under Current Widgets. It has been doing this for hours so it must be more than a glitch and it does it under both left and right sidebar options. I am using the Atahualpa theme. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it. Has anyone encountered the same issue or know how to fix it?? Thanks!
