widgets disappear

  • When I drag a widget over to a sidebar, the other widgets disappear on the front page. What’s with that?

  • Sounds like the ‘other widgets’ aren’t widgets but are a hard-coded default sidebar which will be overwritten if you use the dynamic sidebar(s). That’s the way it is supposed to work. You should be able to duplicate the default arrangement with dynamic widgets.
