Widgets doesn’t show up in Plugin Management

  • I’m a beginner of using wordpress. It run smoothly. But I have a problem with Widgets plugin.

    I’ve uploaded the Widgets plugin to the folder of plugin. But it doesn’t show up in the Plugin Management page. Why? Is there anybody could help me.
