Widgets footer wrong position in IE

  • Hello all,

    I’ve added 5 footer columns to my footer and filled all 5 of them with text widgets and added some text with links in them.
    In chrome,Firefox and Safari this is just as it’s supposed to be, but in IE (I’m using 8) they get all tangled up.
    They are all over the place in the footer.

    So my question is if anybody knows how to fix this problem.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
