Widgets have disappeared – HELP!

  • Please can somebody help… all the widgets have totally disappeared from all pages on our website.

    There is a message on each page saying:
    NO WIDGETS!
    Add widgets to this sidebar in the Widgets panel under Appearance in the WordPress Admin.

    We never made any technical changes and don’t know how to fix this?

    Your urgent assistance will be greatly appreciated.
