    Hi Ben,

I noticed that, if you put Widgets in the footer, the footer is displayed not at the end, but in the middle of my page. This error occures only on a mobile device/in mobile view. On a tablet or desktop it works fine. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thanks and greetings

    Nils

    Hi Nils,

I can’t recreate this same issue, so it must be a conflict with a plugin or custom CSS on the site. If you can link me to a page where this happens, I’ll be able to find out what’s going on.

    Hi Ben,

you can see it on my front page on https://www.dividendenfarm.de in mobile view (dark Grey widget in the background).

    Thank you!

Have there been any modifications to the theme’s files, such as in footer.php? It looks like the site’s footer has been moved out of its normal location.

If there haven’t been edits to the theme’s files, then it looks like it could be a typo in an HTML widget. I think there might be an extra closing div element (</div>) that is accidentally modifying the structure of the theme. I would recommend doing a quick review of the sidebar widgets, especially the very last one, and also remove any widgets that aren’t actively being used.
