Widgets just showing to admin, can’t make users see them

I created a public page with elementor and I put a File Uploader and a File Browser on it.

Then I tested it with my admin account: it works as expected.

But when a user opens this page, the widgets simply don’t show up, there’s a blank space. (The user can be logged in or not, I tested each role with no success except for admin).

How can I fix this?
