Widgets lost during transfer

I’m moving my .com site to a .org self hosting site. I’ve successfully exported/imported and am now recreating the site to match the original. The theme is 2011. So far so good except that when trying to add widgets to the new site, many of the original widgets are not showing up as options: specifically : display wordpress posts from (my other blogs); “follow button” and “follow blog via email” options.

Why are these missing? Where can I find them?
