Widgets Menu Item Not Visible to Editor Account

    I have installed the plugin and the Widgets menu item is not visible to an editor account. I can type the correct URL and get to it that way but there is no menu item showing for it.

    /wp-admin/widgets.php (YES)

    Widgets: Not in the Appearance menu
