Widgets MySQL update not working

  • Hello all, Ive quadrupled checked this and don’t see why it shouldn’t work, maybe there is something with widgets I don’t understand yet, but heres my problem.

    The template I am making has an export and import feature for the custom options my theme has. But I also have this file to include sidebar widgets data, when I import this file, I check the data and it was successfully loaded, yet when I go to the drag and drop widget area the ones I want aren’t there, and on the front end they are missing. Yet when I manually move them the SQL is exactly the same! No freaking changes!

    If you need it explained better, let me know. Any help is appreciated.
