Widgets not displaying on root shop page

    I have Yith Installed on a WooComerce site.

    The theme is custom but noting done to WooComerce.

    In the /shop and /product-category/thing I have the same sidebar.

    The sidebar uses Yith with the product categories set as checkboxes.

    For some reason, the widgets don’t display on any of the pages. To test I also used FacetWP. they work on the sub-category page but not the root shop page.

    I have tried the TwentryTwentyOne theme, Storefront, and Astra. Same result.

    Hi @adampatterson,

    When you tried with the TwentryTwentyOne theme, have you deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search?
    Note that the plugin works perfectly on a basic WordPress installation with WooCommerce and a default WordPress theme.
    Please also try to rule out any cache related problems.
