widgets not dragging dropping

Hello to all,this is my first post:),i recently uploaded a clickbank store onto my widgets area for my blog,since then the drag+drop doesnt work on anything,i get the cross but no dragging,it even highlights the widget,and even duplicates it so i right click and refresh which puts it back to just the single widget again,could it be the upload of the clickbank,if so how to resolve this issue,and if i’m going to have problems frequently because of this should i delete this widget,if so how,please help,i’m a newbie to I/M and wordpress.
