Widgets not loading

  • Hello, I recently upgraded to Prophoto 4 from Prophoto 3 on my WordPress. I am operating on the most up-to-date WordPress version (3.5.1). I have also recently purchased and installed a new theme using Prophoto 4 on WordPress. However, ever since I started using this new theme, my admin Widgets page has not been working. Every time I go to my Widgets page, I’m not able to drag and drop any Widgets at all. There’s no sidebar showing either. Everything on the Widgets page is frozen, including the “screen options” and “help” tabs in the upper right hand corner.

    I deactivated all of my plugins one by one to see if any of these might be causing the problem but that did not seem to make any difference to the problem. If someone could please help me out on this, I would greatly appreciate it! I really need to be able to customize my blogsite using the Widgets.

  • I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.

    Ok I will check with the designer of the theme. Thank you, I wasn’t sure if it would have been the theme or something in WordPress. Thanks again.
