Widgets not showing/ hiding on mobile or tablet view

    I added a new widget area above my content area to display a banner. It won’t show/hide on tablet and mobile but it does show/hide on specific pages.

    Thank you very much for choosing Widget Options! Regarding your concern, just checked the site link and it seems that the plugin is not active. Can you activate the plugin and send over the screenshot of your options. Thanks!
