    Hey wn nj,

    1. You’re talking about SiteOrigin editor (not about sidebar widgets), right?
    2. Please write which browser you’re using.
    3. If there’s any JavaScript error shown in the browser console, please write it. To find it out, check the “Step 3” section at https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

Waiting to hear from you soon!

    1. I am using the widgets on a Page (post)

    2. your Widgets are part of SiteOrigin’s Page Builder.

    3. None of your widgets are working on multi-site install either in the development mode (option tabs do not work) or in the deployment mode (counter does not increment, etc.)

    4. They work for a single (traditional) install.

    5. I have used Safari, FF, and Opera browsers.

    hope this helps.

Well, I am counting on your positive response.

I think you have done a good job with your plugin; now just make it work for multisite.

    Hello wn nj,

I tested the plugin with both sub-domains and sub-directories WordPress Network installations: everything works great!

So the issue is not about the network installation itself.

Please provide me additional data so I could help you:

    1. Right after the error occurs get the last 10 lines from your error.log file (if you don’t know what it is, contact your hosting support for details) and paste them here in reply (if it contains some private information, you can obfuscate it before sending).
    2. Right after the error occurs get the console errors and write them in reply.

Will be waiting for your answer!

    Ruslan,

Subdomain is an standard install, just in a different folder.

I am not getting any error message.

It is that the plugin just does not work.

As I mentioned to you, the counter does not increment itself even though it seems to setup proper.

In all cases, the options of your setup tabs for the widgets do not open, just the main tab opens. That tells me that in the development stage of the setting up the widget, the code is not working so that I can setup the widget properly.

    Does this help?

Ruslan, do not know why, but now everything is working as expected.

I have not done anything, except one update on WordPress. Maybe there was a fix somewhere that resolved the error.

    Thanks for your help!

And thank you again for very good work.
