Widgets not working

    Could someone please help

    I have mycred installed and setup, I am using the default point type. I have added the widgets to the frontend, but they don’t work. Please check the screenshot to get an idea of what I am facing.

    I am using the latest version of mycred and wordpress

    I hope you are doing well. It seems that you are placing shortcodes in a simple text field. Please ensure that you are using shortcode block fields specifically designed for these shortcodes.
    Please have a look at the screenshot.

    No, I am not using text widget. I am using MyCred’s built-in widgets that comes with the plugin. Please check the image linked to.

    PS: The balance displays correctly when using the shortcode widget, but not the mycred widgets.
