widgets problem

  • I have been using your plugin for years on my website without any problems.

    but 2 days ago it was a very strange situation.

    I added; all widgets are available.

    but many of the features I have added to these widgets have been lost.

    our developer says all the content is in the database.

    but it does not help any changes or new records are created.

    There is no reaction right now.

    I wonder how we can fix this problem?
