• Hello,

I am working with the WordPress 4.7.1 and I’m currently using the Gusty Sports theme. My issue is when adding or updating a new Site origin Widget. I’ve tested the issue with at least 6-7 site origin widgets, but the Inked Blog is far and away my top priority. the issue does not occur with other third party or theme-based widgets, only Site Origin ones. When I select the widget to add to my page, it shows up fine within the themes natural page builder, as my goal is to add this to my static homepage. the issue occurs once I go to make changes to the widget such as colors, navigation and stylistic features. it will accept all the features in the respective fields and boxes, I will preview the blog and it will preview just fine exactly how I wish. Then once I go to click “Save” or “Update”, either nothing happens at all, like a light switch not connected to anything, or it will go through and completely delete all of the edits and changes I just made to the widget. Restoring it as if I had never made any changes at all. This includes the title.

I have deactivated all other plugins and still doesn’t work. I’ve tried a few other combinations of things just out of pure guesswork, but still to no avail. I’m hoping this isn’t a permanent theme compatibility issue, if not do you have any direction or inkling into what could be causing my issue?

Happy to provide any and all additional information I can if need be.

Thank you for the assistance in advance.

    Best,

    Dave

    Hi bleacherfantechsupport,

    Thanks for using the plugin.

Can you please send your exported page, so I can test it on my system. To export a page, click on Layouts then choose Import/Export and click the Download Layout button. Please send the file to [email protected].

    Cheers,

    Adi

    Hello Adi,

I cannot seem to locate the place where I’m able to download my layout. Could you provide a more specific path or direction to that function?

    Best,

    Dave

    Hi,

I have added a page in our documentation on how to import and export files.

You have to follow the Exporting Layout section and email the downloaded file to [email protected].

    Cheers,

    Adi

    Hi, there’s some news?
I’ve the same problem, wp versione 4.7.2, with “Inked blog” i’ve seen I can’t change parameters with checkbox.
Also, pagination doesn’t function: widget doesn’t charge the post in page different from the first.

Sorry for the delay. I’m working on a fix. I’ll have an update by month’s end.

    Hi.

Can you please change your theme to either Twenty Seventeen or SiteOrgin North and let me know if the problem still exists.

    Thanks.

With Accespress Parallax Pro pagination now function correctly, but parameters can’t be changed yet.
    WP 4.7.3.
    I can’t change theme, it’s a production site.
    Thanks

Any chance you can you can Check for Plugin Conflicts on a non-production site?
Here is a link on how to do it. https://widgets-docs.wpinked.com/article/57-check-for-plugin-conflicts

Knowing what is triggering this issue, will help solve the problem.

    Hi,

Can you please also check to see if the checkboxes in my other widgets as well as with widgets from the SiteOrigin Widgets bundle work?

    Thanks.
