widgets won′t move to another location inside same theme position

  • Hi:

    I can′t make widgets move to another location inside the same theme position.
    I tried deactivating all plugins as suggested in some posts and it′s not working.
    Let me be more specific:
    I have several widgets in the sidebar and inset theme areas, when i drag a widget to another place inside this same area I can see the arrows and usually the widgets “move” making space for this one, but that is not happening, the widget “bounces” back to its original position.
    I can only move it in the first places of the widget list but passing certain point it bounces back.
