    Hi there!

    Glad you reached out to us.

    In your Customizer preview, are you viewing a page? Or is the page using the default sidebar layout? I can see on your screenshots that you’re using the sidebar layout but not too sure if you’re viewing a page.

    The sidebar/widgets edit area should show on the Customizer left sidebar if the current page being viewed is using the sidebar. Here’s a screencast on my website – https://share.zight.com/qGunpJXm

    And in all the pages it would be possible to make less categories and tickets? Not in a fixed home page! As far as I remember before it could be done! With wordpress

    Hi there.

    You can add the widgets directly to any widget areas by going to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets page.

    Customizer will only show the sidebar for editing if the page/post in the preview is using a widget area.
