width and height limits

  • Hi,

    I have set a maximum width of 1000 units and a maximum height of 1000 units using your plugin. It works great on an individual product. The problem that I have is that these units are being summed. So if I add 2 items to the cart 601 x 501 the custom shipping method is not displayed on the cart page because I assume its evaluating to 1222 x 1002.

    Is there a way around this ?

    Hi,

    You can set higher limits on the plugin settings for the maximum limits, so the shipping method won’t disappear on the checkout. If you don’t want to use the limits, just set some high number, e.g. 9999999.
