Width control

I am currently using a slider on my homepage in a portrait orientation. In order to wrap around text I changed a part of the .css code I found in another support thread.
Now I am trying to add different sliders to my other pages in a long landscape orientation – like a banner – along the bottom of my collection pages. I have set the dimensions to full width and I have taken off auto crop and it is still restricting the width of these sliders. Is this because I may have restricted it on the home page?
How would i get around this please so that it would be small with wrapped text on the home page, but full width along the bottom of my text on the collection pages? (i am testing here at the moment https://www.onceuponatimebridal.co.uk/collections1/victoria-jane/)
