    We have Version 1.13.1 installed

A couple weeks ago i contacted support with a width issue we were having with our popups. They were extending far past the end of the input fields. We were instructed to reduce the maximum width in the “Display > Size” section of the popup’s admin page.

After doing so, the popups looked somewhat better on desktop. But you can see on desktop, the right end of the field is being cut off still even though there is plenty of gap before the popup edge.

After checking on mobile, the popup is EXTREMELY narrow and the fields are stacking and cutoff terribly. Is there a fix to maybe stack the fields vertically on mobile and a way to prevent the edges of inputs from being cutoff?

It seems as though none of this is responsive. Any help/guidance to get this resolved immediately would be MUCH appreciated as we are starting to capture data.

Sorry, i forgot to mention that you have to click on the orange “TALK TO A SPECIALIST” button to activate the popup.

I am trying to play with the size settings, but when the browser is narrower, the inputs aren’t spacing and they start to stack on each other as well as the right edges are cutting off.

I have been trying to play around with the size settings in “Popup Settings > Display > Size”. There is only Size of popup (60%), Min-Width (50%), and Max-Width (50%).

When on DESKTOP, the popup opens nicely. If you reduce the browser width at all, the right edge of the input cuts off and if you keep narrowing it, the inputs start to cover each other as well.

On MOBILE, the popup is centered and only 50% of the screen and the inputs are maybe 2 letters wide and stacking again. Some are even lower/higher than others. So this is not behaving responsively at all!

    Hi @robthomas

    Thank you for writing in!

I saw the ticket you sent us, and upon investigation, the iframe has an inline width of 100%. It will cause the iframe to use a larger width and causes the field to display as a cut off since the popup has a smaller width.

It seems you may need to use custom CSS for the iframe both for desktop and mobile. The popup is responsive. However, the content is not responsive to the popup container.

    I hope that helps.

Please let us know if you have any questions or clarifications regarding this matter.

Thank you Bel for helping us figure that out. I have not edited anything and just this morning when i went to preview the form, i am getting the message “This content isn’t available. Contact the owner of this site for help.

How and why is this happening now all the sudden? We have not changed anything.

My last response can be disregarded. The forms are working again magically. So thinking it was a server based issue that rectified itself after i noticed the issue.
