    Hello,

    for the mentioned page I can scroll to the right side on mobile devices on our landing pages:

    Bildschirmfoto-2020-03-29-um-19-28-46

    How to prevent it? Because its very annoying while scrolling. And its definivly caused of Page Builder by SiteOrigin / SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle because I deactivated every other plugin.

    We are using Pinnacle Theme. Do you have any idea how to solve it?

    Best regards

    Chekki

    Hi Chekki

    Please, clear and deactivate your caching plugin so we can get a better look at what’s happening there. Thanks.

    Thanks

    I can’t see the cause at the moment.

    I’ve installed the Pinnacle theme locally and tested the Consultant layout from our prebuilt layouts directory, it has a full-width stretched row in it. I can’t replicate the issue. I don’t have the landing page template you’re using though, perhaps that’s custom or perhaps you’re using a different version of the Pinnacle theme.

    My advice for troubleshooting this is as follows:

    1. Change page templates, does the issue persist?

    2. Duplicate the home page on another page, this is done within Page Builder from Layouts > Clone: Pages. In your test page, delete each row and test after each deletion. See if the issue resolves when a particular row is deleted.

    3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin and also switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, see if the issue persists.

    This is how I’d approach the issue in a case like this where the cause isn’t clear. Let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

    yes a different template (Page Builder) works but than I have the menu at the top.

    But we solved the problem with the following CSS-code:

    .siteorigin-panels-stretch .pinnacle_split_content_widget >div {
    padding: 0 15px;
    }

    Thanks

    Best regards
