• BLOG NAME: https://www.cityofaventurablog.com

    ORIGINAL BLOG: https://www.cityofaventura.blogspot.com

ISSUE: GOOGLE HAS INDEXED THE WEBSITE, PAGES, AND POSTS; HOWEVER, THE DESRCIPTION IS NOT APPEARING IN THE GOOGLE RESULTS. THE ONLY CONTENT APPEARING IS THE TITLE AND UNDERNEATH THE URL.

VALUABLE INFORMATION: I INSTALLED THE “ALL IN ONE SEO” plugin and filled in the keywords, title, description, etc… IT CAN BE VIEWED IN THE SOURCE.

IF YOU DO A SEARCH ON GOOGLE FOR THE TITLE HEADINGS OF THE FIRST TWO POSTS YOU WILL SEE THEY ARE APPEARING ON THE FIRST TWO PAGES, BUT MISSING THE DESCRIPTION.

CONCERN: I WILL CONTINUE TO POST AND THE DESCRIPTION WILL NOT APPEAR. I DON’T WANT TO DISCOVER THAT IN ORDER TO SOLVE THE ISSUE I HAVE TO DELETE THE POST OR PAGE. I’M WAITING TO HEAR FROM A SOMEONE IN THE WORDPRESS COMMUNITY.

    GOAL: FIND AN EASY FIX.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND HOW TO SOLVE IT?

I ANTICIPATE A HELPFUL RESPONSE, THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Do not post in all caps, please. Learn to type properly.

What Google shows is up to Google, nobody else. I believe that they take the description meta tag and use that as the description. However they may have indexed you before you had those. In which case you wait for them to reindex you.

by the way, caps really hurt peoples eyes, one alexa did not even show a rank for you, when you start generating a rank maybe google will start generating your descriptions, actually that has no matter, ??

what i am trying to say is, it takes some time to be able to get your meta infos to show u in google, and how about submitting a site index to google,

    try this link, https://www.google.com/webmasters/
