    Hi Josh,

First I want to say thank you so much for being attentive to questions. I’ve used your plugin on a few sites now and can usually find my questions answered in the forum. This time I am a little stumped.

I am customizing Twenty Twelve and have several slideshows going. The first slideshow on home page header is fine. The second on in the footer is actually four floated shows next to each other. You can see that the logo images have a strange green leaf like image on them, but not on the first slideshow in header. This same leaf appears on the other two other slideshow pages as well.

    Website in question.

    Other slideshows with wierd image.

There are 6 slideshows with the image. I have checked the image folder, the css and the php files in my child theme and can’t figure it out.

    Thoughts?

Hi Vickie, the leaves are coming from the style of the slide captions. You have custom slideshow captions that are loading on all the slideshows, not just the main “slideshowholder” slideshow.

I would load the captions conditionally on your custom slideshow template. Check if the slideshow equals “slideshowholder”, if it does, then add the captions.

    HI Josh,

Okay, you are right. I have a background image for one of the captions. I am not sure how to load the captions conditionally. I have at least 3 slideshows. I only want one of them (slideshowholder) to have captions and the background image.

    Thank you

    Josh!

    Nevermind, I figured it out.
I add the actual ID from the source code of that particular slideshow to customize the caption.

    Thanks for the tip.
