Wierd spacing – big horizontal gaps on horizontal timeline

    Hi There,

    My site is still in development but I could send logins if needed as I can’t attach a screenshot here.

    I have just switched from Timeline Express (free version) – where I had one vertcial timeline which was displaying fine.

    Now I have installed Timeline express pro, and am using the shortcode to display a horizontal timeline [timeline-express horizontal=”7″]

    This timeline is displaying really weirdly – with massive horizontal gaps between the forward/back controls, the icon container, the icon (which floats 200px below its container), the title and the content…

    I’ve tried adding a new announcement as I wonderif the issue was to do with using announcement created in the free plugin, then switching to the pro plugin.

    I have tried switching to twenty twelve theme, deleting all my custom css, and switching off all other plugins apart from Siteorigin page builder (which I don’t want to deactivte because it someth=imes messes up my content, and also didn;t cause a clash with the free timeline plugin)

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Solved!
    I realised that when I edited the shortcode for the horizontal version, it was in a 

     tag. Cowboy error. Hope this might be useful to someone.

    I’m sorry but if the developer supports you here they risk getting into real trouble. You’re their customer and they can’t communicate with you here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
