Thanks for the added info, especially the full-page screenshots.
From the screenshots, it’s evident you’re using the Gutenberg Plugin, and not the built-in Gutenberg editor.
What’s the difference?
The plugin is like the testing ground for new features of the editor before mature features are integrated into the built-in editor as a standard WordPress feature.
You don’t need the plugin to use Gutenberg editor — the real Gutenberg editor is already built into WordPress.
So unless you want to test out the upcoming features in Gutenberg, there’s no need to run the plugin: you can safely remove it.
But if you decide to run it, please understand that the plugin being a testing ground, it’s not uncommon for things to break. In particular for widgets, some widgets may not work well with the new Gutenberg-widgets — which seems to be the problem you’re experiencing now.
Finally, the Gutenberg plugin, like all plugins and themes at www.ads-software.com, has its own support forum where you may get help from the plugin’s developers and fellow users. Posting there might also give the developers valuable feedback to fix bugs: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/gutenberg/
Good luck!
