    Hey there!

I couldn’t find an answer to my question in the archive here, so I’d like to ask if anybody knows an option to set a wildcard for profanity in wpforms?

I’m already using the solution, provided here: https://wpforms.com/developers/how-to-block-form-submissions-containing-profanity/ – but I can’t figure out how to set a wildcard.

    Example:

Banned word is ‘word’. That works perfectly if somebody enters ‘word’.
But if somebody enters ‘word1’, the filter doesn’t work anymore.

    Is there any solution?

    Thank you so much!

    Best
