Wildcard problem

    I am using the WordPress plugin “Search and Replace”, and I don’t understand how wildcards work.
    An example: looking for ‘2015/11/logo_aadc_fb.png’ I get 20 results in 37 tables.
    When I look for ‘2015/11/*.png’ I expect at least the 20 results I got earlier, but I get only 8.
    What am I missing?

    The plugin don’t supports wildcars. We haven’t also no plan to implement this. The focus of the plugin is more for low level users, there have no idea how wildcards works.
