Wildly Inaccurate Data

    Since onboarding the new Conversios, both my Google Analytics and the Tatvic interface in WordPress are showing a severely skewed recording of purchase transaction data including transaction numbers and monetary values. Everything worked fine prior to the change to the plugin. I liked the accuracy that I previously enjoyed, but the inaccuracy is very frustrating and unhelpful to monitoring performance. Please help.

    Hi @scottcurrieltd,

    Thanks for creating this topic.

    We have had a look at the store, made a test shopping journey till checkout, and observed that data are getting tracked by the plugin till the checkout.

    We couldn’t place a test order to confirm conversion tracking at the thankyou page due to payment restrictions.

    Further, we need more details from you to debug the issue but we can’t ask for inputs over this forum due to WordPress guidelines. If the communication mode would have been different then we would have assisted.
