will better WP showhide work with 2 images?

Hi I would like to show a blurred graphic with a warning and then on click the viewer can view the unblurred graphic. This is in order to protect sensitive viewers from graphic animal agricultural images. Will the WP showhide plugin work on images? How difficult is it to insert the code?
