Will changing the title of my blog cause any problems

    I don’t know where to ask my question, so I thought I’d take a chance and ask it here. You are welcome to delete this post or move it if this is the wrong forum for it.

    Originally, I didn’t know what title to put on my blog when I started it, so I used ‘can’t think of a title’ as the title…
    Now I want to change the title of my blog to something more personal or defining or fun but I worry it’ll cause a problem with the pages loading for folks who have bookmarked my site or the ones that come in through a search engine.

    Will changing the title of my blog cause any problems?

  • No it shouldnt cause any problems. Infact having a meaningfull and catchy title tag with good keywords for your blog will help with SEO.

    It would certainly not effect your blog. But Make Sure you focus on your blog and create a suitable title which remains the same forever. Changing the Title Frequently would prevent the blog from having its identity. Title is what the visitors remember if they find good content on your blog.

    I’m almost settled on a new title and wanted to be sure I didn’t mess up anything before I changed the name.
