will custom sorting be re-enabled if i deactive and reactivate the plugin?

  • just like the title asks. i have a store with ~500 different products, most of which are contained in several of my ~50 categories.

    I understand that if the plugin is deactivated that custom sorting per category will stop, but I would like to know if it would take effect again if i reactive the pugin.

  • Just tested it, had done some custom sorting in a few products and then deactivated and activated the plugin. It remembers the order you had made before deactivating it.

    If you deactivate and delete (or just delete) the plugin and install it again then it does not remember anything at all, tested as well.
