Will Gutenberg be available in PODs WYSIWIG fields?

This isn’t a stupid question, but you’re thinking about Gutenberg the incorrect way. You don’t create Gutenberg editor screens, the Gutenberg editor takes over the entire post (much like a page builder does). We will be supporting our Metabox within the Gutenberg screen but we won’t be removing WYSIWYG editor ‘blocks’. You would be overriding the ‘content’ box within your post that has Gutenberg and using that to place content specific information into blocks.

But I am not sure about this:

By “Gutenberg screen” I suppose you mean the “Edit Post Page” with the Gutenberg user interface (?). But i really don’t know what you mean by “our Metabox within”.

Meta boxes are displayed below the Gutenberg editor screen. By “our metabox”, I mean the current “More Fields” Pods Meta box. This is there custom fields will be input with the initial Gutenberg support.

You can turn on the Gutenberg editor on the Custom Post Types on a CPT basis by activating the REST API now and you can see how this works.
