will header(‘X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN’); impact iframe payment

A technical support partner of our identified an (X-Frame-Options Header Not Set) that could potentially make a site susceptible to ClickJacking. Their documentation suggested the following fix: “Take a backup of wp-config.php >Edit the file and add the following line header(‘X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN’);” I wanted to double check if changing the x-frame options in this way could potentially impact the iframe of the cardpointe gateway, the way he was explaining how this stops transparency exploits sounded like it might potentially impact the iframe if it operates on a transparency like that. Edge case I know, but would hate to have had an issue crop up because I hadn’t checked.
