Will I receive new versions notifications when I unload plugins in admin?

Hi,

I have a specific situation. I have several hundred plugins installed in WP. I must have them all turned on because I am monitoring notifications about new versions of these plugins, and for some plugins, when they are disabled, notifications don’t appear. You can imagine how it works and how many conflicts I have with such an amount of plugins. So I unload them all with Asset Cleanup Pro in the Admin and these plugins are still enabled. I am wondering if I will still receive notifications about new versions, if they are enabled but not loaded in admin? I do this today, and this is important for me to be sure that this still works.
