    This might be a naive question but since I do this for a client, I’d like to know if installing the PRO version of the plugin could modify/erase the surveys already made and published from the FREE version.

    Dear @andresaddiction,

    Thank you for your topic.

    You should follow our Update Guide to ensure that no surveys are lost during this process.
    Make sure to click on the Upgrade button when deactivating the Premium version so as not to lose your data.

    You can make a DB backup before upgrading for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).

    By the way, as you are referring to the Premium version of the plugin, you are welcome to contact us via this form for premium support. Our customer care specialists will always be happy to help you.
