    Hello @offgood,

    Can you elaborate and tell us more about what you didn’t like about the plugin? Which features did you think were lesser when compared to something else?

    Hi @offgood,

    Noticed you left 1 star reviews on all of our plugins, without ever stating a concrete issue you had with any product, nor opening a support thread, and did this with a newly created wp.org account (with no other activity). This looks a bit strange.
    You’re also mentioning the premium version in your message, but reviewing the free one.

    However, if you actually used any of our products and struggled, I’m sorry you had a bad experience and would appreciate any detailed feedback as well as giving us a chance to assist you.
