will movie library work on themify?

A few questions come to mind: which version of the plugin and WordPress are you using? Which theme exactly? Does the plugin work with any of the default WordPress themes (Twenty fourteen for instance)? What’s your site URL?

Could the problem be the basic requirements i.e.
PHP >= 5.3
MySQL >= 5.0
Apache mod_rewrite module (used for permalinks)

Ok, you’re actually running WordPress 4.0 and version 1.2.2 of the plugin, which is good. As for the requirements this version should work with PHP 5.3 although I’d recommend using a more recent version like PHP 5.4 or even 5.5 if possible.

Did you had any issue when importing the movie’s metadata? Are the fields filled correctly? For “Under The Skin” you should have something like this: https://pix.caercam.org/upload/original/1411024504.png

Parallax is a premium theme so I can’t provide direct support here, but you can follow up by mail to support [at] wpmovielibrary [dot] com to see if we can check this further.

I have just contacted my hosting company and all requirements are installed- so the problem is not there.

When I imported UNDER THE SKIN all the fields were filled correctly but I could not view the updated post, I think I will have to email you, what information should I include in the email?

If you have a ZIP file of the Parallax theme I will test it on my testing install to make sure it isn’t a compatibility issue and if so, how to fix it. If not, we’ll take a deeper look to your website!

Hi Charlie, I deactivated all plug ins that may conflict and now the films are appearing in the ”YOUR LIBRARY” so that’s some progress and when I click view post they appear however when I try to add short codes absolutely nothing appears, any suggestions?

Like I said earlier your best shot right now is to install a standard WordPress theme like Twenty Fourteen and activate it temporally, time enough to see if everything works with it. Then we can see what’s wrong with the plugin or the Parallax theme!
