Will Not Align Home Page Right

That is a symptom of a cache plugin issue.
Try to clear the cache or turn the plugin off temporarily.

Thanks. No he uses not cache tool. Cleared cookies, opt database, reinstalled plugin 3x, played with layout of page to be sure still no layout issues.
