I want to apologize for the frustration you’ve been experiencing recently. I want you to know that we appreciate your feedback. User satisfaction is always our priority, and we try to honor this at our almost level.
Our team was busy introducing few exciting widgets, which delayed our recent release after WP’s latest (V5.8) release. However, today we release a new version-3.0.0 with few amazing widgets. Feel free to have a look.
It has created major issues that have not been resolved since I submitted a ticket months ago.. Customer service is non-existent.
→ Believe me; these words are like missiles to me(????)! We don’t have any un-replied topics/tickets available anywhere (wp.org or our native support channel/HelpScout). I’m wondering how come this happen that you didn’t hear back from us after reaching to us. If this is my technical issue happened why we didn’t receive your mail/query. I apologize for that.
