Will Not Connect

I just upgraded to the 3.4.1 and just started using Webpress. I am hosted through BlueHost. When I click on the link for the website and admin site, nothing happens. The connection times out and I haven’t been able to do anything on the site. This is all pretty new to me, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
