    Hi there,

Could you please confirm the Dropbox access credentials are correct.
It is also a good idea to check the browser console for error messages.

    Best regards,

    Nick

Someone else was keeping the backups for this website. They may have used Dropbox. I cannot see where to disconnect their account so I can use mine.

On other website there was a place where this can be done…. but I do not see it here.

    Hi there,

When you go to Settings and select the Dropbox icon you will seek a link.
(You are already authenticated). Follow this link to remove these settings for Dropbox.

Once you have clicked this you will be able to connect to your Dropbox.
Make sure you are logged into your Dropbox account before the next step.

You may have to unselect and then reselect the Dropbox icon and click Save Changes.
When you do this you will get a pop up box Follow this link to authorize access to…

Once you’ve done that you should be set up to use your Dropbox storage.

    Best regards,

    Nick

    Hi there,

Thank you for the screenshot. It looks like the Dropbox storage is not yet connected.

In which case you can connect your Dropbox account by following these simple steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged into your Dropbox account before the next step.
    2. You may have to unselect and then reselect the Dropbox icon and click Save Changes.
    3. When you do this you will get a pop up box Follow this link to authorize access to…

Please click the link (3) and follow on screen instructions to complete Dropbox set up.

    Best regards,

    Nick
