    I cannot see how to instruct the pop up to be responsive for smaller screens such as Smartphones.
    I have clicked the ‘Resposnive’ radio button in ‘Dimension’ and tried ‘auto’ and 50% and 10% – but the pop up is not affected – its displays at the same full size as it appears on desktop, and shows just s small corner of the pop up.

    Hello, thank you for your reply and advise, sorry for my late reply. (the email address in my profile was an out of date one no longer in use).
    I have exported the popup – but cannot see the option to upload it here??

    Hello,

    Can you confirm the email address I should send to please.

    I tried sending via WeTransfer, but I don’t think I communicated as you intended.

    And the .xml file was sent, but I didn’t see where to add the chat thread.

    So I am trying to email you again – perhaps I am not using the correct email address for you??

    Please kindly note that we received the exported popup file which you have sent via https://wetransfer.com/. Thank you very much.
    We just wanted to let you know that you may use above mentioned method to send files in the future as well and no need to email us.
    As for your concern, may we kindly ask you to remove all the selections you have in the Dimensions section and leave only Responsive mode > Auto. See the screenshot here https://prnt.sc/JYnBOpZQtaZ8
    Afterwards, save the changes and check your popup on both mobile and desktop modes.

    I have done as requested, and it does at least fit within the smartphone screen now, although the text layout looks misaligned…
    However, it does not display at all well on desktop now.

    May we know what you mean by saying the “text layout looks misaligned”? Could you please show us the issue on the screenshot?
    Also, may we know the issue with the desktop mode popup as well? Could you please send us a screenshot where we can see the issue?

    It was same on laptop (I do not have with me today) but the desktop I view on today works well.

    Unfortunatey, you have sent us the exported popup not the screenshot where we can see the issue on mobile mode.
    We would kindly ask you to send us a screenshot where we can see the issue on both mobile and laptop modes.

    According to these screenshots we do not see any issues with your popup.
    Please note that you can send screenshots with WeTransfer as well.
    In addition, the laptop and desktop modes are the same.
