Will not login anyone (WP 4.1 & Sidebar Login 2.7.1)

Have used this plugin for years. Updated site from WP 3.8 to 4.1 and Sidebar Login 2.71. Nobody can login at this point.
If login manually through standard WP backend, sidebar acknowledges user is logged in correctly & will even allow them to logout successfully.
