Will not redirect to Paypal from WP Event Ticket Checkout

  • Up until yesterday my WP Event Ticketing was working just fine.
    I was contacted today by someone (a customer) telling me that my payment link was not working.
    After choosing an item and selecting the Pay with Paypal button I get an Message “SetExpressCheckout failed: couldn’t connect to host(7)”
    My Paypal is working, along with everything on my site.
    It looks like it will no longer connect with Paypal as it has been recently.
    I have even entered all new (correct) API information and it will not connect.
