Will not refresh after data updated

My environment is WS 2019 / IIS 10 / PHP 7.4NTS

It indeed decrease database queries about 33~66%. But will not refresh page after you update data. Something like when you activated a plugin but it still shows inactive (every time) and you can’t controll its machanism. The only way is to delete its object-cache.php

This plugin still need more work to handle when to refresh cached data.
